You will experience a mild tingling or stinging sensation during the treatment.

Slight to moderate redness is normal and can last from 2 to 48 hours.

You can book the entry-level Initial Peel straight in without a consultation. If you would like a course of deeper peels, we recommend a skin health consultation first.

After preparing the skin, a professional-strength AlumierMD peel is applied and left for a short time to resurface the skin and target pigmentation, texture or breakouts. You may feel a mild tingle, and depending on the peel there can be some light flaking over the following days, which we talk you through.

Peels are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on sunburnt or very reactive skin, or with an active infection such as a cold sore. They are also avoided with Roaccutane, an aspirin or fruit allergy, autoimmune conditions, a radiation history, or recent injections or surgery. We check your history first.
